Benefits Check and roadmap

The homepage Benefits Check is designed to run in your browser. Your audience, benefit-category, timing, and workforce-size selections are used to create an on-page recommendation and are not submitted through the employer/contact form merely by completing the check.

Employer and contact inquiry forms

If you voluntarily submit an employer, staffing, group, website, privacy, accessibility, or other inquiry, the form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, workforce size, organization type, inquiry type, message, source page, and consent selection. The current form handler also records basic technical information such as IP address and browser user-agent information for site administration and security.

How submitted information is used

Submitted inquiry information may be used to review the request, respond to you, route the inquiry internally, and maintain basic administrative or security records. Workforce Benefits Access does not sell personal information.

Third-party and ecosystem resources

Workforce Benefits Access links to separate resources such as Everyday Health Access, Alan Bush 360, Dreams Business Group, and other provider or service websites. When you continue to another site, that destination has its own privacy practices, provider relationships, terms, eligibility rules, and data-handling procedures.

Technical information

Basic device, browser, referring-page, and interaction information may be processed for site operation, security, troubleshooting, and aggregate analytics.

Your choices

You can stop using the site or Benefits Check at any time. You do not need to submit an inquiry form to use the educational pages or browser-based Benefits Check.
